metro flooded

while i was in the middle of enjoying my vacation i received a text message from my brother. he said "baha pa ba jan sa mandaluyong?" i replied without much thinking of the situation "i don't know. im here in hk". we continued our stroll in the city. while we are having our dinner that night a news flash was shown on the tv set showing bf and gma helping those affected by the flood. i never realized it was this catastrophic until i got here. from the airport i did not go straight home. we opted to stay in a hotel. unfortunately for us all the hotels we went to for a short stay were already full. imagine the horror. it was 2am already. luckily we tried the new hotel near sm west and got a suite for a not so expensive price.

Yes. i am glad to share that i passed my first out of four exams in CCNP. Yipee. I am not so stupid after all. BSCI really shook my brain. I will be taking ONT and ISCW next and BCMSN next. I am not sure if i got the names of the exams correctly. See that's what i am talking about. Getting CISCO certification is not a walk in the park. I might need them anyway in the future.

On the lighter side of the news, i joined the franchising business. Well its not that big yet but a hundred thousand is still a hundred thousand cold cash coming out of my pocket. So i am hoping the business will be good. Its a good/tested/well-known brandname actually so there is nothing to worry. And its partnership. So i am going to hunt "you" down if the business failed hehehe. ROI might be longer but months easily pass by. And i am helping the economy by employing other people. :)

Need to keep my feet on the ground.

rainy days

its been raining for the past week. i am not so sure if there's a storm coming. i cannot go out to the mall and i am stuck in front of my laptop.

anyway i am glad i stayed here in my room today. i was able to clean my cave which i could say is already becoming a spider's colony with its web intertwined above my bed. and did i forgot to mention my floor needs vacuuming? the collection of dust i had accumulated in the past months he he he. i have some excuses in working out but right now with these, exercise is an understatement. no pictures allowed hehehe. really messy

Procrastination takes its toll

Procrastination takes its toll on me. If only i have booked early we won't be like this. Gee. i hate myself right now. I had planned on staying in TsimTsaTsui now we are staying in Mongkok. Anyway its really not a great deal.

Its my 3rd time so hopefully i won't get lost. He he he.

Travelling is sometimes stressful. If you are not well-prepared and there are no plans or itineraries you won't be able to do as much things as you like. Unless of course somebody has to do that for you.

I like to travel a lot but everytime i go places someone fixes everything for me. Booking of planes, hotels etc were taken cared of and i am just ready to pay my share on the bill. Typically me.

I am not complaining at all. just sharing my thoughts. :)
