adieu fats

i will be starting (again) with my weekly jogging tomorrow morning. i know jogging is one of the best exercise to lose fats. hopefully i could do this on a regular basis, meaning weekly. i need to have a stronger body to be able to physically face my everyday challenges and my upcoming trips. i see my planes and my hotel rooms again. and my savings going empty. hah!
